I found an awesome plugin for Google Chrome that can unblock any website.
Its a plugin called ZenMate that works only with Google Chrome.
Simply open Google chrome and click :
ZenMate CyberHaxo
Install the plugin. Once the plugin is installed, you will see an icon on the top right corner.
Click it and you will see an Off button. Click that Off button to turn it On.
Once its on, you will see a flag of a country that your I.P has changed into.
Click that flag and you can choose a country that you wish your I.P address to be.
